At VIDAFRIO, it’s our constant endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the product for a full exchange of the paid price. We only accept exchange for products purchased directly from Vida Frio website. Any exchange request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline will be declined by us.
At Vida Frio we have 7 days Exchange policy; it gives you an option to Exchange items purchased from vidafrio.com for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item.
We have no return policy.
GUIDELINES FOR A VALID EXCHANGE:
All product tags intact and in their original packaging Product must be unused
Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition
Please Note: For all claims related to receiving missing items or wrong product, we advise you to share a video evidence of unboxing and raise the issue within the 24 working hours from the date of delivery. We may not be able to entertain claims of missing product being received without a video proof of unboxing.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
TO INITIATE THE EXCHANGE, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
To raise an exchange request please drop us an email on Iadda.introsoft@gmail.com and we will process your request. Kindly share Order id, product name and product SKU on the email to avoid confusion.
NOTE:
1)You will be responsible for sending the product back to warehouse VIDA FRIO will not pay for the Courier service.
2) The customer needs to self-ship the goods back to warehouse.
